One brand. Two clear pillars.

Kennedy Civil & Rail delivers practical civil construction training and professional rail safety training, built on real site experience.
We work with individuals and businesses who want training done properly. No fluff. No shortcuts. Just clear, site-relevant training that prepares people for real work.

Civil Construction Training

People-focused training designed to build confidence, capability, and site readiness.

We support people entering construction, returning to site, or looking to step up by gaining additional skills, tickets, and licences. While our training is open to everyone, we place a strong focus on supporting women to enter and progress in a male dominated industry with confidence.

This training is practical, supportive, and grounded in real site expectations.

Rail Safety Training

Professional, compliant rail training delivered for workers, contractors, and clients.

Kennedy Civil & Rail provides TMO training delivered under contract through Training Professionals RTO31955. Our rail training is structured, audit-ready, and aligned with rail authority and Tier 1 contractor expectations.

This is rail training delivered with integrity and consistency.
